Ortho & Fusion Therapies

Our Ortho-Fusion Therapy solutions are designed to support the body’s natural healing process across a wide spectrum of surgical applications and disciplines, including spine, sports medicine, trauma, foot/ankle, general orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and podiatry.

Our moldable bone graft substitute, VIA Mend™ Bioactive Strip, offers additional solutions and can be molded to resolve bone defects.

VIA® Graft allografts contain key elements ideal for bone formation and offer a variety of potential clinical applications, including the spine, upper extremity, foot and ankle, oral and maxillofacial and orthopedic oncology. LEARN MORE
VIA Form+™ allograft is the next generation solution for bone formation to support a variety of potential clinical applications. The allograft is packaged in an easy-to-use syringe with minimal preparation time of under 15 minutes.  LEARN MORE
VIA Fill™ was developed utilizing VIVEX’s proprietary Integrity Processing™, where cortical bone fibers are demineralized, exposing the natural bone morphogenic proteins (BMPs) needed for bone formation.1 VIA Fill™ is moldable and comprised of 100% demineralized cortical bone, using an optimized selection of bone fibers of various lengths, without the need for an additional carrier. VIA Fill™ can be used in a number of clinical applications, including spine, cranio-maxillofacial and orthopedics. LEARN MORE
VIA Mend™ Bioactive Strip can be molded to fit the bone defect. It is an osteoconductive, bioactive, porous implant that allows for bony ingrowth across the graft site. The bone graft matrix is slowly resorbed and replaced by new bone tissue during the natural healing process. Upon hydration, the strip conformation can be used in its original shape or optionally molded into alternative shapes to address the unique contours of each defect. VIA Mend™ Bioactive Strip combined with either autogenous bone marrow or autograft with saline is indicated for bony voids or gaps, that are not intrinsic to the stability of the bony structure; VIA Mend™ Bioactive Strip can also be used with autograft as a bone graft extender. The device is to be gently packed into bony voids or gaps of the skeletal system (i.e., posterolateral spine). LEARN MORE
VIA DBM Putty™ is a demineralized bone matrix putty containing cortical bone chips and indicated for use in the extremities, posterolateral spine, and pelvis as a bone void filler or for treatment of osseous defects. Utilizing demineralized instead of mineralized cortical chips ensures that the additional graft material does not diminish osteoinductivity. VIA DBM Plus has excellent handling properties and a 510(k) designation from the FDA. LEARN MORE
